Welcome to the Connacht Junior Closed 2025. Play starts at 10am and the draws have been published. As you will see we are aiming to get through a lot of matches pretty rapidly so please stay close, keep an eye on the board for your next match and be prepared to hop back on court after a short rest.
We have been fortunate to receive some great raffle prizes from Dave in the Pro Shop in GLTC so all players will receive a raffle ticket on check in (more available for sale on the day) and someone will be leaving with a brand new squash racket!
Where possible referees will help score each match but we would also ask that players be prepared to keep score themselves where there is no referee available.
We look forward to welcoming you all to the club on Sunday morning, especially the visitors, and we hope you bring the same energy, enthusiasm, good cheer and amazing squash skills that you have brought to previous events.

Squash Ireland is fully committed to an Anti Doping Policy within our Sport
It is a condition of membership and entry to competitions that persons will not engage in doping and that they fully support a doping free culture within squash. Doping is against the principles of fair play in squash and can lead to serious and even fatal consequences.

We also encourage the use of protective eyewear for those competing with it being mandatory for players under 19.
