NXT GEN Squash and Tennis events are run on a monthly basis. The events are based on "Timed Matches" and competitors are graded to ensure all players get to play opponents of a similar level. Timed matches means every player has a start and finish time and so they can plan the rest of their day after a tough 2 (squash) or 4 (tennis) hour session. Players are part of a Matrix Ranking system which allocates points based on effort rather than win/loss, so, every point counts!
